Return & Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Products (No Change-of-Mind Returns)

All posters are made to order and printed specifically for you.
Because the product is custom-produced based on your order, it is not eligible for return or exchange due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or design

  • Providing an incorrect address

This is in line with EU consumer law for custom-made goods (Distansavtalslagen 2:11).


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, we will replace or refund it.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.


3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product, wrong size, or if an item is missing:

Contact us immediately.
We will investigate and send the corrected order as quickly as possible.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size, design, or address provided by the customer

  • General dissatisfaction with colors or design

  • Minor color differences (screen vs print variation is normal)


5. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Email us at olvrbyexon@gmail.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.


6. Shipping Costs

If the issue is caused by production or damage during shipping, we cover all costs.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
